Community conduct

This is a working room for credible owners and asset-management practitioners. Bring specific operating questions, first-hand lessons, useful answers, and reusable knowledge. State your context and uncertainty so peers can judge what applies to them.

• Respect other members. No harassment, discrimination, personal attacks, or pressure to disclose private details.
• No unsolicited selling, broker or vendor pitches, spam, or attempts to turn member information into a prospect list.
• Keep another member's identity, discussion, and documents within the group unless they explicitly permit sharing.
• Do not post confidential deal, property, client, employee, or investor information you cannot share.
• Disclose relevant interests when recommending a product, service, investment, or operating approach.

If something breaks these rules, reply to your community email with a link or description. Administrators can warn, hide content, mute posting, and remove access. We review context before taking action.
