Founding cohort terms

Platworks Community admits multifamily owners and ownership-side asset managers through an application and manual review. Property managers, passive LPs and service providers are ineligible. An invitation does not bypass the application or approval. Membership does not require purchasing hosting or any other service.

Your participation

Use accurate identity and firm details. Share only material you have the right to share, and remove property, client, employee, and investor information that should remain confidential. Treat posts and library material as peer experience, not professional, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Make your own decisions and checks.

Community access

Discussion and member directory content is intended for active members. Do not republish another member's contribution or contact information outside the community without their permission. We may hide content, mute posting, or end access to protect members and enforce the community conduct rules.

Platstack

Platstack is free and open-source infrastructure governed by its own repository license. Community membership is separate from self-hosting and from any future optional Platworks Cloud service.
