Privacy notice

Platworks Community is a private, application-only group. We collect the details you submit when applying: identity, work contact, firm, role, operating evidence, ownership-side decision responsibility, geography, interests, and optional AUM band. We use them to vet applications and operate the community.

What members can see

Active members can see your name, firm, role, asset focus, geography, LinkedIn link, and what you choose to post or reply. Your work email, operating evidence, application answers, intent, and AUM band are not in the member directory. A community administrator can review application and account records.

How the service works

We use Supabase for accounts and data, Cloudflare for application delivery and infrastructure, and email providers for sign-in and community messages. We record sign-ins and community actions, including what you search for, to operate the service, moderate it, and understand whether members find it useful. Scheduled digests are disabled for the initial cohort. You can save or withdraw your future digest preference in your profile.

Private discussions

Private member conversations and confidential property information are not used to train models by default. We do not sell member data. Please do not post confidential material without the right to share it. Other members can read and may retain what you share, so the community cannot promise absolute confidentiality.

Questions and removal

Ask about your information, corrections, or account removal by replying to a Platworks Community invitation or decision email. We review requests manually, including any records we must retain for security or administrative reasons.
